Education
University of East Anglia, UK 1999 - 2000 |
MSc Environmental Impact Assessment and Auditing
As part of one of the leading environmental departments in Europe, I was given the chance to learn about the various intricacies of environmental consulting from both angles (as a supplier as well as a client). The course also emphasised the ability to communicate through various opportunities to present information both written and oral to internal and external (commercial) parties. In addition, the breadth of the course allowed me, as an individual, to widen my experience in to areas such as risk and risk perception, Geo-spatial information systems, and corporate social responsibility.
Dissertation: An Assessment of the Perception and Sustainability of Internet Distribution Methods

Keele University, UK 1996-1999 |
Dual Honours Law & Environmental Management
Due to my interest in law and the environment, Keele was the perfect choice for my first degree as it allowed me to pursue both lines in their entirety. The legal aspects of my degree have served me in good stead as the majority of my current work involves dealing with financial and legal clients, including advising in Sales/Purchase negotiations, and indemnity/warranty/insurance clauses. In addition, the environmental part of the degree was as exacting as it was broad allowing me to gain an economic/financial understanding of environmental drivers as well as the practical ability to carry out site investigations.
